About Us

- Funding Lives Since 2017 -
Founded by Mark Howell, a Stage 4 Melanoma Cancer survivor who in 2012 and at the age of 30 was given 6 weeks to live after welcoming his oldest son into the world. Mark's life was "funded" by his community who raised hundreds of thousands of dollars as he and his young family desperately sought out options for survival. Through the generous donations and support received, his life was extended long enough to eventually find a viable option to live by traveling to endless doctors, clinics, and hospitals across the US without the financial constraints that so many needless lives are ultimately lost from. Without this financial and emotional support, the rare and aggressive form of cancer he courageously battled would have taken his life swiftly. Mark and the Fund a Life organization now dedicate themselves to igniting hope into as many lives as possible.
