Mind Transformations LLC is committed to helping leaders, teams, and change agents reduce stress, bounce back quicker, manage energy, improve well-being, and flourish in an age of disruption by offering resiliency programs.
We also offer individuals the gold standard in mindfulness, the most respected, evidence-based MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) 8-Week Series online along with an Introduction to Mindfulness Series either in-person or online.
Brenda Lindsay, the Founder of Mind Transformations LLC, is a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher trained from Brown University, a Certified Meditation Instructor, a Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT-200), a Neuroscience Coach, and a Personal Resilience Practitioner. Brenda also obtained a graduate certificate in Integrative Holistic Health and Wellness from Western Michigan University.
Helping others shift is Brenda's passion. With vast executive experience, personal transformation, and substantial mindfulness, resilience, and well-being credentials, Brenda is highly effective in organizational leadership, individual, and group settings.
Additionally, Brenda leads online drop-in meditation sessions, and hybrid (online and in-person) meditation sessions for cancer patients, survivors, caretakers, and loved ones
